- Shipping within the US is 2-14 days via USPS after processing times (to create your product!)
- All shipping outside the US is via USPS International Priority mail are normally 2-4 weeks. All taxes, duties and customs fees associated with international shipping are the responsibility of the buyer.
- If you wish to insure your item please notify us for a shipping upgrade. we are not responsible for any lost or damage to your item on local or international shipping after it has been been transferred to the Us Postal Service handling.
- No refunds or exchange, all sales are finale. we give a 30 day guarantee for our jewelry to be free of defects. there is a problem and it's due to a quality issue or workmanship please contact us within the 30 days. We will send a new item or fix the existing one. We will do our best to accommodate you!
